• Provide HR support, advice and services to management and employees.
• Manage domestic relocation program.
• Conduct new employee orientation, onboarding and records maintenance for corporate office new hires.
• Manage service awards program.
• Manage leaves of absence (FMLA) for corporate office.
• Corporate administrator of E-Verify and I-9’s.
• Oversee and administer vendor relations for drug testing, background/criminal history checking, employee public transportation program, employee poster program and wellness initiatives.
• Manage setup and functionality of HRIS (UKG Pro) Onboarding and Recruiting systems.
• Regularly perform and report on compliance audits within UKG Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Update employee status changes in HRIS for corporate office personnel.
• Maintain and administer HR intranet pages.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to create and demonstrate the value of HR for the business.
• Work independently with general supervision.
• Influences others through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
• At least two years HR experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
• Good reasoning abilities, sound judgment.
• Solid computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with UKG Pro a plus.
• Experience in legal compliance with various laws and regulations covering areas such as EEOC, FMLA, employment, wage and hour, etc.
• Willingness to continue learning and growing to promote further within Alsco.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• HR certification preferred.

• Little to no travel.

• This position is officed at Alsco’s corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah.
• This is not a remote position.
