Could you be the full-time onsite Training Coordinator in Camden, NJ, US we’re looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive administrative and training expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in fostering the professional growth and development of our workforce. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including production, engineering, and quality assurance), coordinate and schedule training sessions and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
  • Create training schedules for the entire site.
  • Follow up on the training schedules through meeting invites and formal letters to participants.
  • Track and create reports of all training records to include summary of Safety, Technical and Administrative training(s).
  • Document training deviations via formal communications, i.e., letter to employee.
  • Responsible for teaching various training courses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze training data.

  • Experience or understanding of coordinating training programs within an industrial or manufacturing environment,
  • Engineering degree on related field, preferred,
