Purpose of the job: The new IS&T operating model focuses on business value and innovation while delivering operations excellence:

The Local IS&T Business Partner, reporting to the Regional IS&T Business Partner is responsible for managing local IS&T support services and works on local business relationship with regional partners.
Key responsibilities: The Local IS&T Business Partner is accountable for:

• Follow up of onsite support reporting and KPIs.
• Transformation Project Support to include Site Discovery, Local filer\application migration to CLOUD, Local Data Room decommissioning.
• Ensure governance and compliance with ISO27001, working with Central security teams on requirements across multiple locations.
• Support Cybersecurity threat & vulnerability prevention, working collaboratively with Central teams to meet Cybersecurity Event/Incident Management & reporting and prevention
• Work collaboratively with our Central teams to ensure Cybersecurity best practices are followed and meet objectives.
• Support local onsite support Services (IS$T):
• Manage partner activities and monitors performance
• Formalize issues, follow up and escalation with operations teams

• Liaise with local management (including site MDs) to deal with major incidents / crisis
• Support eview UPS power management with Site POCs along with creating KPIs to monitor performance.
• The local partner perimeter (or influence area) may include one or several sites in one or several countries

He / She will interact on a regular basis with Regional IS&T Business Partner, IS&T Business Partners PMO, Solutions Architects, Projects teams, Operations teams and Local Management.
Desired profile :

• Engineering degree preferably in information technology or master’s degree in information system management,
• Knowledge and ease with the following systems: SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Suite
• Proven experience in end user support.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Good communication skills and have the ability to communicate widespread with international teams.
• Result oriented
• Show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
• Eager to work with sufficient autonomy in an international environment
• Team work
