Alsum Farms & Produce Inc., a grower, packer, and shipper of potatoes & onions located in Friesland, WI, is looking for a full-time Machine Operator.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ALSUM FARMS AND PRODUCE MACHINE OPERATOR

As a Machine Operator, you will arrive each day prepared to set up machinery for daily production and perform basic maintenance procedures as instructed by the maintenance department.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that machinery settings are accurate for sizing, weighing, handling, and packaging fresh produce.

You will also use basic computer skills to set up and operate these machines effectively.

Job Schedule : 5 : 45am to approximately 2 : 30pm

Requirements :

You may be perfect for this Machine Operator position if you :

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Can climb stationary ladders
• Can stand for prolonged periods and have capability to move throughout the facility
• Can move, carry, and lift 75 pounds at times
• Can comprehend and follow directions and to communicate and keep daily records
• Self-motivated and able to function as part of a team
