Job Description:
Alt.Fragrances is seeking two dynamic and experienced Store Managers for our open concept sales counters located in Tampa International Plaza and Sarasota University Town Center. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is well-presented
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock audits
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
