Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to create and maintain robust, scalable data infrastructure that fuels the data-driven insights crucial for business success. Required Qualifications:
• Security Clearance: Secret (a must-have for this critical role)
• Expertise in SQL: Leverage your 8 years of SQL experience to unlock the potential of our data stores.
• Modern Data Pipelines: Show your mastery with modern Big Data ETL technologies like NiFi or StreamSets, with 8 years of experience.
• Coding Proficiency: Demonstrate your coding skills with 8 years of experience in a modern programming language like Python or Java.
• Big Data & Cloud: Thrive in the realm of big data and cloud environments with 8 years of experience.
• Distributed Computing: Navigate the world of distributed computing with proficiency in SQL, Spark, and ETL.
• Cloud Mastery: Documented experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS, enabling seamless data management in the cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Agile Development: If you have 4 years of experience in an agile development environment, you'll excel in our dynamic team.
• Quick Learner: Rapidly absorb and communicate technical concepts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Positive Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude is your secret weapon for tackling the challenges of tomorrow head-on.
• Communication Skills: Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure your ideas are heard and valued.
• J-Code Insights: Preference will be given to candidates with an understanding of analytical and data pain points and challenges across the J-Codes, reflecting our mission to address specialized needs.
