*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. *Responsibilities* - Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items - Provide executive administrative support including proofreading documents - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner - Perform general office management tasks such as filing and clerical duties *Requirements* - Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other office software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Prior experience in project coordination is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
