About the Role

The Company is seeking Management Consultants with a focus on asset management for various roles, including Change & Transformation, Operations, Platforms, and CRM Distribution. The ideal candidates will have a background in these areas and be experienced at a recognized consulting firm. A deep understanding of the asset management and/or asset servicing industry, including key trends and operating model design, is essential. The roles involve working with a range of client segments, offerings, and businesses, so excellent stakeholder and client management skills are required. The successful candidates will be expected to have proven presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions effectively.Candidates for the Management Consultant positions at The Company must have a proven track record in the industry, with a focus on MO/BO Change & Transformation, CRM Distribution, or Asset Management platforms. This includes experience in operating model design and implementation, as well as a strong grasp of emerging products and services in asset management. The roles are open to professionals at the Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager levels, and while remote work is possible, some travel to the company's offices in various locations is expected. The positions demand individuals who can articulate their expertise in a simple, logical, and impactful manner, and who are adept at both written and verbal communication.
