Position Overview:
Join Altametrics as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and be at the forefront of recruiting top talent for our enterprise software solutions and professional services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and drive recruitment efforts to align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
• Previous work experience in a restaurant.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across various roles and departments.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, tools, and current industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct Zoom interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from stakeholders
• Coordinate and administer sets of assessments
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintains confidentiality of department and associate information in accordance with company internal polices and external laws.
