Position: Information Systems Security Officer II

Position Location: Annapolis Junction, MD. 

Security Clearance: Must Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Poly

Position Description: 

We are seeking a Software Engineer II to support our efforts in Maryland. Our ideal candidate would possess a broad range of skills as our scope of work spans various technologies. Altamira Technologies Corporation encourages independent problem solving but also provides deep reach-back support and a collaborative environment for our engineering team.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

·Ten (10) years’ experience as an ISSO in programs and contracts of similar scope. 

·Knowledge of current security tools, encryption techniques, and communication protocols 

·Bachelor’s degree in computer science from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional ISSO experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree 

·Must have one of the following certifications: Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level 1 or higher 

·Must hold TS/SCI w/ FS Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required for Clearance)
