We are looking for an experienced Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physican Assistant Certified to join our California team, to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices, in a post-acute, skilled nursing facility. As a non-physician provider, you are the go-to person for ensuring the best patient care and medical guidance is achieved. The job description includes conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, and overseeing patients’ health. You are both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives. You should have experience in one of the following specialties: acute care, family health, or geriatrics. Extensive clinical experience in primary care is vital. As a provider, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving, and good communication skills are important.
