As a Sr. Embedded Software Test Engineer you will be responsible for;

• This position has a specific emphasis on software security implementations which ensure mission system integrity and ultimately mission success.
• This position will work hand in hand with the Linux development team to scan code (C/C ) for vulnerabilities and patches
• Planning, Implementation, Documentation, and Verification of software security solutions on the embedded processor systems. 
• Assist in designing continuous monitoring of security-critical components.
• Collaboration with software teams to ensure seamless integration of security implementations into reusable code bases.
• Lead and execute testing of embedded system software security components (test planning).
• Lead or assist in corresponding certification or security analysis of systems.

Qualifications;

• 6 years of experience in software engineering 
• Experience interfacing with embedded software (C/C )
• Experience scanning code for vulnerabilities (ie. penetration testing, quality assurance, etc.)
• Experience in a Linux development environment is strongly preferred
• Experience with flight test software is preferred
• Preferred experience with RMF solutions, hardening open source software, secure boot, and key management.
• Candidates must be open to a hybrid remote schedule in Centennial, CO

Location: Centennial, CO (hybrid remote schedule ~2 days on-site per week). 

Contract Length: 6-12 months. Salary and benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays) are provided throughout the contract.

Salary Range: $120K-$170K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
