Managing projects with different sizes and risks:

Small projects (<6 months, =10 team members, low risk).

Medium projects (=6 months, > 10 team members, medium/low risk).

Large projects (> 6 months, =20 team members, medium/high risk).

Ensuring consistency with the State of Michigan (SOM) project management, investment management, and systems engineering methodology (SUITE).

Performing long-term release planning based on organizational direction.

Regularly interacting with project management teams to update the status of budget, quality, and schedule.

Escalating issues and risks as needed.

Exercising project quality control activities to meet project scope expectations.
