**Overview:**

Join our team as a Guest Service Agent at our salon company, where you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently

- Offer additional experiences and track individual and team goals.

- Provide information about salon amenities, services, and experiences

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests

- Maintain a light cleaning and organized front desk and salon area

- Assist in managing reservations and bookings

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills

- Knowledge of events management

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
