York, PA company, located off South Queen Street is seeking Machine Operators. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:45pm - 11:00pm, with occasional overtime

Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates - You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe
• You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching
• Set-up your machine at the start of each shift
• Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures
• Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
• Operate forklift
• Participate in regular training and cross-train others

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experience
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
• Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
