**Job Summary:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Help with meal preparation and feeding - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Monitor and record vital signs as needed - Assist individuals with mobility and physical therapy exercises - Administer medications under the direction of a healthcare professional **Experience:** - Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing homes, social work, or childcare is preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality - Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other special needs - Proficiency in first aid procedures - Capability to lift and move clients safely, including heavy lifting when necessary - Familiarity with medical systems for documentation and reporting Joining our team as a Home Care Aide offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
