Job Description:

Client is a female DDA minor, high needs. Lives with family, delegations needed. Providing daily respite and full care for family. Caregiver must be female, experience with high needs DDA preferred, as well as current 75-hr certificate and/or HCA license preferred. This client is a part-time schedule, if full-time is preferred can also fill schedule. Client is located in Spokane Valley.

As a caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, many tasks such as you would do assisting your elderly and/or disabled family members.

These activities may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Preparing and serving meals. - Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Transportation for medical appointments and errands.
• Engaging in meaningful conversations and companionship.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and caring nature.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• For C.N.A.s & H.C.A.’s , valid state certification is required.
• Prior experience in caregiving is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Driver's License preferred
