SUMMARYThe Restorative Practices Facilitator shall serve as the coordinator for restorative practices campus wide,shall inform the school administration of identified trends and challenges with regard to campus discipline,and shall serve as the facilitator with regard to the school’ s implementation of PBIS.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related fieldExperience working with diverse student populations in an educational or volunteer settingExperience with educational training in conflict mediation, restorative practices, and the coordination ofprogrammatic interventions for substance abuse and to meet the socio-emotional needs of children andadolescentsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working with diverse populations.Master’s degree in Social Work or related fieldRestorative Practices Training.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIREFBI fingerprint background check.Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

FTE: .50 – 4 hours per day Work Calendar: 10.5 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
