Teach and mentor mentees through live sessions, providing complementary learning, stimulating class discussions, and ensuring student engagement (classes conducted after office hours)
Develop and design curriculum plans tailored to the needs of mentees
Oversee assessments to foster mentee learning and growth
Answer mentees' questions in group settings, providing guidance and support
Score mentees' final tasks to measure high qualitiesgraduates
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager or in a related position, particularly in IT or the edu-tech industry
Experience in managing a team and/or mentoring others
Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Experience using AI tools for project management or education, such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Click Up, or otherAI platforms, to enhance learning and productivity
Ability to incorporate AI-driven insights and tools into teaching and project management practices
Passionate about education and development
