Role Overview:

As a key player in patient care and support, you will handle administrative duties with excellence and provide hands-on therapeutic assistance. You will ensure a seamless and impactful patient experience from the moment they enter our clinic to the completion of their treatment.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Manage all patient communications, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Utilize our EHR system for appointment scheduling and management, maintaining impeccable data accuracy.
• Play a key role in achieving and maintaining a high level of patient appointment adherence.

Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:

• Educate and motivate patients throughout their treatment plans, providing care and support.
• Assist with rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic services, ensuring smooth operations in the therapy area.

Location & Training:

• Primary Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming.
• Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you for success.
