Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Call Center ProcurementManagerto oversee the procurement functions within our call center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential for call center operations.This role will be reporting to the VP of Procurement and responsible for supporting Altice's Care, CX, Sales and Retention organization. This role must have the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and apply industry leading knowledge, skills,toolsand techniques in order to exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions withnew and existingvendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to optimize procurement power and working capital by identifying opportunities, aggregatingproductsand services, and standardizing processes.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts adhere to company policies and regulations.
  • Analyze pricing proposals and negotiate competitive rates to achieve cost savings.
  • Monitor and control procurement-related expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to product or service quality.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to assess vendor performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manages the complete contract lifecycle, including administration, compliance, and renewals, in collaboration with Legal and other involved parties.Manages the contract approval process through execution.
  • Cultivates positivevendorand stakeholder relationships, communicates the Procurement Team's value proposition, and understands relevant functional organizations, their goals, and technologyneeds.
  • Conducts spend analysis, creates annual Category ManagementPlans, andimplements changes to enhance cost efficiency, leveraging strong businessrelationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities within assigned spend portfolio - optimize internal demand / specifications and optimizevendorproduct and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (required) in Business, Supply Chain, or relatedfield;MBA a plus.
  • 5 years of experience inprocurement, with focus onCallCenterOperations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Call Center terms and KPIs (in Care,Salesor Retention) are required.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools;Oracle Source to Pay experience strongly preferred.
  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersacross various levels within theorganization.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00-$168,912.00/ year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
