- Make high volume outbound phone calls.
- Clearly communicate thorough a script with the member to set an appointment to meet.
- Make a minimum number of phone calls each day.
- Set a minimum number of appointments per day for the AIL Agent.
- Create an excellent first impression and build quick phone rapport with the individuals.
- Schedule appointments for AIL Agent.
- Send emails to the Sales Representative once the appointment has been scheduled.
- Have a good work ethic, positive attitude and be coachable.
- Prior phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must live with in the United States.
Pay: $15/hr plus bonuses
