Must Haves:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of Previous Electronic Assembly Experience.
• Must have Soldering skills.
• CCA or SMT Assembly background [fine hand work experience]
• Computer Skills [Excel/ERP Systems]
• Strong communication skills and able to follow written work instructions in English.

Nice to Haves:

• Associate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of Previous Electronic Assembly Experience.

• Experience in military or defense industry background a plus.

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Fully proficient support individual contributor. Works under limited supervision.
• Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
• May be a resource to other employees in areas of proficiency.
• Work may be structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Resolves most issues.
• Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has moderate impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of moderate scope, typically on larger, task-related activities.
