Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitor to join our team. The Monitor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in various settings. This position requires excellent communication skills, conflict management abilities, and experience working with children. If you have a passion for sports coaching and enjoy working with people of all ages, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Duties: - Supervise and monitor individuals in assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment - Provide guidance and assistance to individuals as needed - Enforce rules and regulations to ensure compliance and safety - Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise - Communicate effectively with individuals, staff, and management - Assist with organizing and coordinating activities or events - Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and any necessary documentation Qualifications: - Previous experience in sports coaching or working with children is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong conflict management abilities - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Knowledge of basketball rules and techniques is a plus - Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
