Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Air and Ocean Sales Representative to join our team in Baltimore, USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base in the air and ocean freight sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients in the air and ocean freight sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the air and ocean freight industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a mid-size freight forwarder.
• Knowledge of the German market and language skills.
