Branch Manager - Freight Forwarding
Altius Talent is partnering with a renowned global logistics company seeking a dynamic Branch Manager specializing in Freight Forwarding. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional ready to lead and grow a branch operation within the freight forwarding industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective freight forwarding services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve branch revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of freight forwarding professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and KPIs, taking proactive measures to address any issues or areas for improvement.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding & International Logistics.
- Proven track record of success in a managerial role within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends in the freight forwarding sector.
- Proficiency in branch operations management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Willingness to travel as required.
