Requisition Comments and Notes: outpatient ORTHO PT M-TH 9hrs Fri 4 hrs the daily caseload depends on the distribution of patients (evaluation vs follow up). Evals are scheduled in 60 slots and follow ups in 30 min slots. We do not double book patients as we prefer 1:1 therapist:patient interaction. At max a daily volume might reach 12-15 total but that would depend on the number of evaluations. It is not uncommon to have 2-3 60-minute evals per day. As far as productivity goes, I do not set standards per se but there is a general understanding of expectations. Most of us run in excess of 90% but somedays are at 100%. With that, some days might be 75% if there is bad weather, holidays or just cancellations. Colleagues are not punished or criticized under those circumstances.
