Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist who thrives in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic setting. Our ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality care in outpatient orthopedics with occasional coverage in subacute inpatient settings. You will join a team that values patient-centered care, continuous improvement, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal conditions across a broad age range, including pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet patient and family needs, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals.
• Implement therapy interventions tailored to each patients needs and monitor their progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records per regulatory and facility standards.
• Engage in continuous education to advance clinical skills and provide the most current and effective treatments.
• Participate in community and departmental activities to promote the health and wellness programs offered by Memorial Regional Health.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy License or eligibility for a compact license.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a mixed setting, handling both outpatient and inpatient care.
• Specialized training or certification in orthopedic or geriatric physical therapy.
