2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CASE MANAGEMENT, FIRST TIME TRAVELERS ACCEPTED

WEEKENDS: 3 per contract

FLOATING: yes, as needed

CALL REQUIREMENTS: none

RTO: no RTO 6/30-7/14 and 8/25-9/7
Patient Load is 18-21 patients when the dept is fully staffed; the patient load could be more depending on how soon we can fill this need.

The dept patient population is inpatient acute care and is a Level 1 Trauma Center

REQUIRED:
-Michigan Nursing License
- 3 Years acute care setting experience

PREFERRED:
-BLS
-Certification in Case Management
-Experience in acute care case management, discharge planning, utilization management, performance improvement and managed care reimbursement.
