**Job Description:**

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). In this role, you will provide essential personal care services tailored to the specific needs of our patients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with patient laundry as needed.

- Remind patients to take medications.

- Ensure patient safety at all times.

- Report any significant changes in patient condition directly to the supervisor.

- Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required.

- Monitor and record patient temperature.

- Aid patients with ambulation.

- Conduct range of motion exercises and other physical activities as directed.

- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to established care protocols.

- Adhere to privacy policies and infection control guidelines.

- Provide assistance with bathing.

- Perform light housekeeping duties.

- Offer companion services such as letter-writing and reading.

**Requirements:**

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

- Ability to read, follow written instructions, and accurately document care provided.

- Compliance with training requirements as mandated by State and Federal laws.
