Pay Range: $87,300.00 - $130,915.00
SummaryThe Manager Revenue Cycle is responsible for working closely with all Revenue Cycle disciplinary teams including, but not limited to, registration, prior authorization, reimbursement, coding, billing, follow up, denials and patient accounts.
Essential Job Functions
  • Identifies revenue cycle problems and implements solutions for improvement.
  • Responsible for operations of patient business services, insurance verification, and workers compensation authorizations.
  • Works collaboratively with revenue cycle managers to create education for new employees, ongoing education and new system changes.
  • Works with managers to provide education on how to resolve denials and follow-up timely.
  • Builds relationships with department directors and managers to provide education on denial prevention and areas of opportunities across the organization.
  • Identifies system optimization opportunities to foster maximum system utilization and reduces manual intervention within revenue cycle processes.
  • Works with denial analysts to identify key trends and provide education to specific departments.
  • Develops data management and analytics that support transformation and innovation initiatives. Leads the collaborative effort with subject matter experts.
  • Leads business process improvement initiatives and work with key leaders to analyze and present findings.
  • Works closely with reimbursement analysts to train on system enhancements and optimizations
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
Education
  • Required: Bachelors - Related Field
