Overview
We are a leading IT Consulting and Training firm seeking a qualified Business Analyst - Level I to join our Sales Execution Business Unit located in Plano, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and/or required controls
- Document procedures and track key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with both internal and external customers to identify business concerns and develop workable solutions
- Work closely with the QA team in preparing test scenarios
- Document and manage business and functional requirements
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of data and its sources and effectively translate this into meaningful information for management
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Basic knowledge of relevant technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office desktop products
- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
- Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead effective meetings tailored to the audience
Must-Haves
- Some knowledge of document delivery methods (ASN, EDI, DEX)
- Excellent team player
