Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned, dynamic Controller who has a track record of
managing financial operations for fast-growing enterprise companies. The
candidate is a strategic, process-driven problem solver who can proactively
execute at a high level and effectively collaborate with stakeholders within and
outside of the organization. The candidate should have experience leading and
motivating a high execution team. The Controller is responsible for complex
accounting to multiple legal entities and analysis of operations. The position
involves supervision over onshore and offshore team members. This person will
be a strategic partner to the VP Finance and Accounting and CFO and will develop
and maintain a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and perform month-end close functions, including but not
limited to:
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements
- Accounting for multiple legal entities
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations and prepare/review
- Assist in debt compliance reporting
- Supervisory responsibility - Oversee personnel needs of the offshore
and evaluating employee performance
- Analyze large amounts of data to ensure that fixed assets are
reporting
- Work closely with the Operations Team and other key business
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and lead change initiatives to improve
- Assist in preparing/reviewing work papers for annual audits
- Develop a productive working relationship with the internal and
Education And/or Experience, Skills
- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting.
- Completed CPA or pursuing CPA is required or equivalent.
- 7 years of continuing work experience.
- Experience in managerial role and managing people.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Big4 (public accounting) experience is a plus
- In addition, this position requires:
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables,
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be a team player and willing to take on additional
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to influence others at all levels
- Works well in a fast pace environment
- Experience in managing a remote team is preferred
- Highly driven and self-motivated with a passion for continuous
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with other
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Willingness to travel
