We are looking for a Showroom Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are a E-commerce company and also provide local sales and installation of building products.
The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to answer customers' telephone, mail, and email inquiries and process orders for product. This person will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments with management approval. Must be able to provide customers with catalogs and information concerning products, prices, and shipping time. This person will act as a Sales Representative by creating orders and suggesting additional items to the customer. Duties include, but are not limited to,
