We are looking for a Showroom Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are a E-commerce company and also provide local sales and installation of building products.

The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to answer customers' telephone, mail, and email inquiries and process orders for product. This person will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments with management approval. Must be able to provide customers with catalogs and information concerning products, prices, and shipping time. This person will act as a Sales Representative by creating orders and suggesting additional items to the customer. Duties include, but are not limited to,

• answer incoming phone calls
• greet and work with customers in our showroom
• enter customer orders, suggesting the purchase of additional products and providing technical assistance to customers when needed
• research customer service complaints and answer customer questions; consult with management for direction to resolve complaints within 24 hours
• make calls to customers by phone.
• develop product knowledge to insure ability to specify and recommend products to customers
• working knowledge of warehouse/shipping duties
• stay current with featured products and promotions
• provide quotes to customers from submitted drawings or plans
• Requirements: Computer literate Terrific phone, e-mail and communication skills
• Building products background helpful (but not required)
• Previous experience with AutoCAD preferred (but not required)
• Ability to prioritize and organize projects and duties
• Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,280.00 - $41,600.00 per year
