Authorization Coordinator
Position Type : Onsite / Temp-Hire
Schedule : M-F, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00pm
Pay $24.00
DESCRIPTION
- The Authorizations Coordinator II will be responsible for entering all authorizations
- They will be the point person for all authorization inquiries in the office
- Process and enter all authorizations
- Import authorizations and other related documents as needed into company medical record system
- Research authorizations as needed
- Alert families and immediate supervisor of significant authorization changes such as cancellations, unit reductions, and unit increases
- Evaluate data issues, report feedback and observations in determining task priorities
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of relative experience
- Experience utilizing EMR systems
- High school diploma
