POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

The Subject Matter Expert Senior will be required to support Asset and Administartive Management’s (AAM’S) mission-oriented business functions and strategy programs including program management services to assist with planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out mission-oriented business programs and projects.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

  • Provide expert advice, assistance, guidance, mentoring, and counseling for mission-oriented business functions; by applying advanced knowledge of applicable principles and integrate institutional knowledge and experience of associated concepts and practices.
  • Assist with program planning, change management, program activities, assessments and evaluations.
  • Successfully manage multiple high priority projects in an environment with changing organizational needs.
  • Provide scenario analysis, statistical analysis, innovative problem solution techniques, policy and regulation analysis, and writing expertise.
  • Apply a wide range of methodologies such as performance management, analytics and data mining, and develop measures and metrics and application of industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, promote operational agility, and efficiencies through organizational change management.
  • Develop reports and design methodology.
  • Written strategic communication and technical composition expertise is required to support program management office (PMO) programs and projects with planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out mission-oriented business programs and projects.
  • Leverage industry knowledge, experience, and innovative approaches to enhance internal and external AAM communication within OFAM.
  • Support the creation of strategic deliverables.
  • Develop written deliverables that shall include but shall not be limited to memorandums, project plans, external strategic communications for business partners, and input/track reporting of deliverables in the OFAM task management system.
  • Support the management of timelines for deliverable development and in support of AAM meeting timelines for all tasks.
  • Assist with strategic planning, metrics development, and performance management.
  • Be the principal on site POC for the COR and Government Leads assisting with coordination, contract issue resolution, and on and off boarding contractor personnel.
  • Be considered key personnel responsible and must have the requisite program management and technical expertise to provide overall management, oversight, and coordination of all contractor personnel, tasks, and deliverables under this contract.
  • In association with the Contractor CO, have full authority to act for the Contractor Company on all aspects of the task order.
  • Be available to support CBP on site during normal business hours, and work conducted to manage the task order shall not change or conflict with the SOW’s deliverables and tasks.
  • Successfully integrate, and coordinate all personnel, resources, and activities needed to execute the requirements specified herein.
  • Manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of contract deliverables.
  • Timely identify issues and provide corrective/preventive action plans (as required).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and ethical behavior of all contractor personnel.
  • Effectively manage all contractor personnel and tasks.
  • Ensure personnel assigned to this contract have the required expertise, skills, and training to perform required duties on this contract.

Payrate: $147,212 to $181,156 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • US Citizenship is required per contract requirements.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain eligibility and favorable pre-employment U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) background investigation before reporting for duty.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint desired but not required.
  • Travel may be required to complete the requirements of the position.
