We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a genuine interest in working in a manufacturing environment, producing custom orders to specification in order to further support the growth of our team. This position reports to the VP of Operations and your responsibilities will include:
- Produce Aluvision frames & doors based on specification via our innovative processes
- Clean, Velcro and package aluminum profiles
- Picking orders accurately based on pick list
- Prepare cardboard packages to ship via FedEx or other carriers
- Initial preparation of orders on pallets in preparation of final QC and packaging
- Maintain a clean work station
- Support in the building of simple pallets and one way shipping crates
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or familiarity with assembly tools and equipment: power tools, drill presses, measuring devices
- Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack and/or sit down forklift
- Willingness to cross train in multiple areas of production
- Ability to work well in teams, strong work-ethic
