Our Public Sector professionals:
- Improve public services, expanding and improving the constituent experience
- Manage crises, stabilizing and transforming government agencies
- Support financial management and innovation, enabling agencies to make critical investments
- Identify and implement operational improvements, modernizing and streamlining operations
- Guide transformation and innovation initiatives to unlock opportunities for improved constituent services at lower cost
- Required: Currently working toward graduate degree with the intention to graduate Winter 2025 or Spring 2026; Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Public Policy preferred
- 3 years of total work experience; prior full-time or internship work experience in financial management, government operations, and/or consulting not required, but considered a plus
- Demonstrates academic excellence
- Demonstrated proficiency with most or all of the following:
- Possess excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Use Excel and other MS Office programs as the primary tool to perform analysis and present conclusions
- Able to contextualize tasks within a baseline understanding of macro issues concerning K-12 education, higher education, workforce development, state & local governance, and/or health services.
- Able to demonstrate thoughtfulness, objectivity, professionalism, and empathy in all aspects of work
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Willing to travel up to 80%
