What You’ll DoWe specialize in bringing the client along on the transformation journey from the initial engagement, through the assessment, and the final implementation to ensure success and sustainability of project initiatives. This approach often requires client partnering, rapid industry understanding, and tailoring methodology as it pertains to each client’s unique situation.

Preferred Qualifications You’ll Need
- 3 – 15 years of consulting, industry experience, or combination of the two, prior Big 4 or major strategy firm a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance preferred, advanced accounting degree or MBA a plus
- High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence with ability to identify and diffuse high energy conversations, encourage collaboration, and drive teams to desired outcomes
- Experience in assessments to identify improvement opportunities across revenue, cost and / or working capital
- Experience in driving sustainable growth in high impact environment
- Experience understanding assessment findings and managing implementation and deployment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to exercise executive-level judgement
- Known for synthesizing and presenting findings and key messages for executive-level presentations
- High energy work style, flexible, and ability to adapt to changes
- Experience creating gold standard presentations (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with travel
