Caregiver Recruiter

We're looking for only the most committed, passionate, and caring professionals who possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking to join our growing team!

The Role

As an Alvita Care Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing / recruiting best-in-class home health aides, personal care aides, certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses.

What You Will Do

Proactively source candidates utilizing current and new methodologies

Collect, process, and validate selected candidate's documentation and credentials

Assist in the onboarding and orientation process of new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Assist market manager in developing and deploying recruitment strategies, job postings, and engaging with market colleagues on campaign and talent planning efforts

Work with an onboarding specialist to obtain the necessary documents for onboarding

Who You Are

Recruiting experience is a plus but is not required

Ability to come into the Newark, NJ office daily

Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-volume recruiting position

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and follow up with sense of urgency

Exceptional written, customer service, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate and follow-up in a timely manner

Exceptional time management and organizational skills
