Welcome to Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu! We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in the beautiful city of Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Role Description:

As a valued member of our team, you will have the important responsibility of providing exceptional care to our senior clients. You will deliver daily care and assistance in the comfort of their own homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Furthermore, you will closely monitor their health and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties. Ensuring our clients' safety and overall well-being is paramount, as is accurately documenting all services provided. Regular communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals is crucial. We believe in continuous improvement, so we encourage you to attend training and educational sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Collaborating with other caregivers and team members is vital to providing the highest level of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Embody our core values of compassion, honesty, and reliability at all times
• Deliver daily care and assistance to our senior clients in the comfort of their own homes
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Monitor clients' health and promptly report any changes or concerns
• Maintain and enhance clients' safety and well-being
• Accurately document all services provided
• Maintain regular communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Attend training and educational sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers and team members to ensure the highest level of care for our clients

Requirements:

• Hold a valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Demonstrate effective and compassionate communication skills with clients and their families
• Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Physical ability to perform all required tasks, including lifting and transferring clients

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience. You will receive weekly pay and have opportunities for career development and growth within our franchise.
