Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated NAs/CNAs to join our team on Oahu, Hawaii. In this role, you will provide personal and healthcare services to our elderly clients, helping them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with mobility and transferring, as needed
- Administer medication according to care plans
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, mental, and emotional condition
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Support clients in participating in social and recreational activities
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar caregiving role
- Familiarity with principles of elderly care and health/hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Physical ability to lift and transfer clients
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
