Always Best Care Senior Services is Hiring a Health aide Near Franklin, OH
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides in Lorain County. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their own homes.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Document patient care activities and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
Benefits
- 13.00-15.00 per hour based on experience
- 150.00 referral bonus
- Overtime available and bonus
- Paid Training
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license; Safe driving record (less than 6 pts.)
- Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
- Criminal background check that meet agency and state standards
- Willing to work various shifts
