Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a franchise of the nation's leading provider of non-medical in-home care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. This individual will provide high-quality care and assistance to our senior clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and/or transferring
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Observe and document changes in clients' physical, mental, and emotional condition and report any concerns to the appropriate parties
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, family members, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by following infection control and safety protocols
- Attend and participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Active CNA license in the state of Hawaii
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a CNA, preferably in a home care or senior care setting
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
