We are currently looking for an RN or LPN to work 1 on 1 with a patient in the Riverhead area.

Settings: 1 on 1 private duty, home care

Shifts needed: Thurs 2 PM - 6 PM and Sat overnight 9 PM - 9 AM

Diagnosis: Quadriplegic, male adult

Rate per hour: LPN $35 / RN $45

Onboarding Requirements:

• NY RN or LPN License Registration Certificate
• BLS
• Malpractice Insurance
• NPI #
• Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
• MMR Titers

Skill Sets REQUIRED:

• Quadriplegic care
• Good with Technology
• Great bedside manners
