**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination within the construction industry and possess knowledge of construction management software. **Duties:** - Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed efficiently. - Assist in project scheduling and monitor progress to meet deadlines. - Utilize construction management software to track project details and updates. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth communication and workflow. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and reports. - Support the project manager in various tasks to ensure project success. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction projects. - Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Prolog. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with team members. - Knowledge of project management principles and practices within the construction industry.
