Alzheimer's Association is Hiring a Senior Associate Director, Business Intelligence Analyst Near Chicago, IL

The Senior Associate Director, Business Intelligence Analyst will manage daily and strategic CRM reporting needs of Association. Works with other Business Intelligence Analysts to design, develop, test, and implement solutions to serve business intelligence needs at the Association. Manages change control process related to all and any enhancements to standard reports provided by Business Intelligence department.Oversee and serve as an escalation person and team lead for report development requests for the Association.Works to direct data warehouse team to deliver data models needed to support business reporting needs.
Responsibilities
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage, prioritize and delegate report development tasks related to the design, development and testing of new and modified reports essential for daily operations of chapter and home office staff.
  • Design and deliver full and effective lifecycle testing of applications including system test, integration test, regression test and UAT
  • Serve as point of escalation for issues related to reporting within Business Intelligence department
  • Provide ad-hoc query and report support to users as needed
  • Enforce change control for changes related to existing portal reports
  • Strategize with management team to determine direction of department and planning for future growth related to BI team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Information Technology delivering high impact technology solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with relational databases, including SQL Server and Oracle
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • 5 years' experience and technical expertise with tools and techniques in application development using client server or web-based services
  • Experience with Power BI, dashboards and paginated reports, data modeling
  • Experience with SSRS, SSAS, SSIS
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data warehousing experience

Full time based on 37.5 hours per week
Position Grade: 510 Exempt (Estimated Annual Salary $100,000 - $115,000)
