The Customer Support Representative will be focused on the increase of revenue for our client portfolio and the company as a whole by interacting with consumers on a daily basis. The initial development and continuous relationship established between the Customer Support Representative and the potential new customer is vital to ensure success and satisfaction for all parties involved. The Customer Support Representative will collaborate closely with the business development and sales teams and share insight into the customer’s needs and preferences in order to incorporate them into promotional product offerings. The Customer Support Representative will lead, align, and develop other team members and the customer service department to guarantee compliance and client knowledge is all current with the team.
