Job Title: Associate Sales Representative/Orthopedic Medical Device (NJ/PA)

With a rapidly growing presence in our territories, we are seeking a motivated Associate Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales in this strategic region of PA/NJ.

Position Overview:

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by building relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with 1 years of sales experience who possesses strong communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

- Territory Management: Assist in managing and growing sales within the assigned territory of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and other healthcare professionals through effective communication, robust clinical knowledge, and regular in-person engagement.

- Product Promotion: Educate prospective customers on the features and benefits of our products, demonstrating how they can improve patient outcomes and enhance surgical procedures.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, attending surgical procedures and providing technical support as needed.

- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks such as sales reporting, territory planning, and expense management in a timely and accurate manner.

- Travel Requirements: within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights a month. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences

All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.

Qualifications:

 - Sales Experience: 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to help improve patient outcomes and exceed customer expectations.

- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively seek out new opportunities.

- Team Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
