Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. Your warm greeting and professional demeanor will set the tone for our guests' visit, making them feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Communicate effectively with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Skills:
- Previous experience in a or setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on and
- Excellent communication abilities and pleasant phone etiquette
- Knowledge of basic principles
- Hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
